The majority of people are veterans - 47% people have 8+ years' experience. 29% have 4 to 7 years' experience, and 17% have 1 to 3 years.

What we're doing with this information

The purpose of asking these questions was to understand our audience better, in order to plan a programme of content which is interesting and relevant to them.

There was also a question in the survey about which content design topics people wanted to learn about. This question resulted in 213 ideas, which broadly fit into 23 topic areas. We'll be using these as the basis for the topics we cover in 2026.

Thank you to everyone who completed the survey, it's been really useful and we're excited to start planning the programme for 2026!
